Monkey Bar Gym Training ( for AXIS members)

 

Starting from beginning of August, the Monkey Bar Gym will start the official

training classes for Axis members.

*we will have more new equipments, and variety of exercises.

・Each classes runs about 40 min long.

・Boot camp training, power training, jump training, Eischens yoga, & etc.

・Women and kids are welcome.

Tue,Thur  21:15~22:00   Sat 17:45~18:30

\ ¥4,200 ( tax included ) /month  or  \ ¥1,000 ( tax included ) /drop in

 

 

 

Monkey Bar Gym Training is a “full body skills training”.

We don’t use machines or weights.  We use our body only !

 

The purpose of our training is to increase ones skill level to achieve the ultimate

performance in strength, speed, and stamina.  The result of this skill-base

training offers all members the chance to achieve success in life and in any

sport imaginable.
